Blake made the remarks in response to earlier news reports that his trip to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, aiming to reach an agreement on setting up U.S. military bases in Central Asia countries.
During the four-day visit to Uzbekistan, Blake met with President Islam Karimov discussed cooperation and bilateral, multilateral and development. The two sides also exchanged views on coordination in Afghanistan.
Earlier this month, authorities said Uzbekistan, Uzkekistan act to ban foreign military bases on their territory.
