3rd Special Forces Group Commander Col. Gen. Izak Pangemanan represent Kopassus commander took delivery of medical equipment support from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Wednesday (29/08/2012). The delivery of medical equipment took place in the apples on the ground D Alfred Tarega 3rd Special Forces Group, Cijantung, East Jakarta.
Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in his speech read by the Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Chandra Yoga Aditama said, MoH Republic of Indonesia and the Special Forces are equally possessed of the same, and the main task, which is service to the people of Indonesia, according to the task and expertise in their field individual, as a service to the nation and the state.
In a press release issued Forces Information section revealed, help support Medical Devices of the Ministry of Health is the second time. There are 32 types of assistance, such as malaria medicines, disinfectants, chlorine powder, water purifier fast, mosquito repellent, fly repellent, insecticide for flies, and a water purifier for the family.
Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia hopes the support of medical devices can make tasks perform better Kopassus and the Indonesian Ministry of Health duty to improve public health can be achieved either through Kopassus anyway.
Director General Prof. Chandra Yoga Aditama reminded that health is not everything. But without health, everything can have no meaning.
